Below is a selection of computational tools developed in the Glass Lab at UCSD to advance genomic and bioinformatics research. These tools are made publicly available for download and use by the research community under academic licensing. They address diverse analytical and computational problems, ranging from basic sequence analysis to advanced algorithmic solutions and novel machine learning formulations in genomics for AI guided discovery and understanding of gene regulation mechanisms.
