Below is a selection of computational tools developed in the GlassLab at UCSD to advance genomic and bioinformatics research. Made publicly available for download and use in research under academic licensing, these tools address diverse analytical and computational problems. They range from comprehensive sequence data analysis, discovery and quantification of transcription factor motif co-occurrences, and higher-level regulatory constructs to inferring transcription factor interactions and novel applicatoin of emerging machine learning methods to genomics problems.
